Teachers are not asked to decorate their classrooms or purchase supplies or materials. This gives them the ability to be creative without having to pay out of pocket.
CONTINUOUS LEARNING
In addition to the state mandated training, our teachers are offered monthly training and feedback on an on-going basis to ensure their knowledge and skills are sharp.
SMALL CLASS SIZES
Our class sizes range from 4-6 kids max. This means teachers can spend more time playing, instructing, and working with each child and less time trying to manage a large group.
